What is Homeopathy and how can it help?
Homeopathy is a holistic, natural and gentle form of healthcare treatment. Homeopathic remedies are made from nature and the world we live in and work entirely with your own body to support your overall health and well being.
Homeopathy offers natural support for a variety of health conditions such as Eczema, Acne, Psoriasis, Hay Fever, Digestive issues, Anxiety, Stress, Healing after trauma, Pregnancy and Birth, Childhood illnesses, Recurrent infections, Arthritis, Asthma, Headaches, Menstrual and Menopausal symptoms, Insomnia and many more.
Homeopathy is completely safe for everyone to take even alongside existing medications. Everyone is unique with a different life story to tell and every disease and illness affects everyone differently. The beauty of homeopathy is that this is taken into account and it is absolutely fundamental.
How will it work?
If you are interested in taking homeopathy I would love to hear from you and you can find my contact details below. Before your first appointment you will receive a questionnaire to complete which will be all about yourself. I am keen to know about your favourite foods, any fears, personal preferences and any health conditions you would like support with. This all helps me to ensure I select the most appropriate remedies for you and that they are completely tailored to your individual needs.
I would then love to meet with you for a face to face or online Zoom consultation to find out more about you and how I can help you towards better health both emotionally and physically. I offer a safe, supportive and compassionate space where you can feel heard and understood. I can also test for food intolerances and any allergies which may be affecting you.
After we have had a consultation I will prescribe you some homeopathy from the 1000's of remedies available for you to take at home.

Postage and Packaging will be charged at £3.70 for remedies that are posted following Zoom consultations.

I also work online helping clients across the globe by Zoom.
About Charlotte
I have always had an interest in the healing powers of nature as we too are nature so it all seems so obvious! It wasn't until much later however that I became interested in homeopathy. I was very poorly and Homeopathy helped me get back on track and transformed my life. I wanted to know more about this ancient form of healing and began attending workshops and courses to find out more.
The more I learned the more I wanted to learn and I wanted to fully understand how and why we can become unwell.
After many years of training I became a qualified homeopath from the River School of Homeopathy in 2022 run by Helen Johnson and Hilary Fairclough. During the course we learned all aspects of homeopathy and holistic health including Naturopathy, Herbs and Chinese medicine.
I very much enjoy helping my clients heal naturally and regain their vitality. Its incredibly rewarding to see them not only feel better emotionally and physically but also to see them rediscover the joy of living in this beautiful but sometimes challenging world.
